Sunset @ the beach

I thought sunset could make me happy but I was wrong. Just this afternoon I was waiting for a person whom I eagerly want to see but fate was so cruel... I did got the opportunity to see him. And now, every time I look at this sunset pictures, it only makes me feel lonely and it reminds me of him.

I feel so bitter tonight and I pray to God to help me handle my problems and to lighten my burdens.

More Sunset Pictures

I was planning to shoot photos at the beach but unfortunately I was not able to go to the beach because I had to watch my nephew Ezekiel. But anyway, I could not afford to miss today's sunset, so I went to the bridge to take a shot on how sun will be setting.

I could not shoot properly because I was holding Ezekiel

Next time, I will surely go to the beach and take a nice shot of the sunset. More sunset pictures to come.

Lonely Day

My friend and I we're suppose to go out today to watch the sunset at the beach but unfortunately the sun was too shy. He stayed behind the gloomy sky all day. I wanted to see the sunset again and I thought I will see it today. I'm just so sad that I could not witness the beautiful sunset at the beach. How I wish there is always a sunset like that in the picture. How I wish the sun would set beautiful today. How I wish.

Anyway, my sister and I were fighting a while ago because of some "little things". I did not go with them to the church because I was really mad at her. I even shouted while talking her. I know it was not a good manner but I could not control my temper. Well, I guess I deserve to be alone in the house.

Sunset Pics

Just a while ago I've seen how the sun was setting. It's been a long time since the last time I saw the sunset. We all know that it's been raining lately so I did a shot of how the sun set looks like a while ago. Here are the pics:

Hope you like my shots! I mean, I hope you love sunset.

What kind of guy do you like?

Every girl has their own type of guy. It could be handsome, kind, white, gentlemen and etc. Just name all the adjectives. ^_^ Anyway, I have also my own "type of guy". Let me mention one by one what kind of man I love to be with forever.

1. Music Lover. Yes, I love guys who are into music especially classical music. I dunno why but I find them romantic. If the guy knows how to play piano or any classical instrument I am so in to them.

2. Responsible. A guy who knows what to do and knows what are his responsibility in life is such a wonderful attitude to have. I don't like those guy who don't take responsibility... I don't like them really. No matter how handsome he is, if he is not responsible... I will not give in.

3. Neat. Oh yeah, I'm attractive to those guys who are neat and well-groomed because I know when the time comes that we will be married... our house will be clean and white as snow. *laughs*.

4. Patient. Like the saying goes... "patience is a virtue". A guy who waits is a big points for me. Because I'm such a slow girl and I wake up late. So, the guy should be patient while waiting for me during dates and hang-outs.

5. Silent. Not totally mute guy but a guy who is not loud while talking with me. I don't really like loud guy and a guy who always laugh even in a normal conversation. Erg.

6. Loving. Of course, who would like somebody who is not lovable? But I don't like guys who are too showy even in public places. It pissed me off.

and lastly...

7. God fearing. The most important personality that my man should have is God-fearing. I don't want to have a family if the father does not have a God.

Well, there you go. I think that's all I can share to you.

It's raining again...

Yesterday, the sun was finally up in the sky after two weeks of hiding behind the clouds and now it's raining again. I am sure that the sun will hide again and tomorrow will be another gloomy day for me. I just hope that everyone will be okay tomorrow. I pray that there will be no more floods and landslides.

Page Rank 1 is back

I don't know what is happening to google's page rank nowadays. It keeps on fluctuating like my page rank here. Last December 31, google gave me PR 1 and he spanked me last week and gave me a PR 0 but now it's back again to PR 1. I wonder what's happening to their page ranking. I hope this PR 1 will remain until google's next update.

Photo 101

This Photo was taken during our year-end activity last December.

I hate sea but I love taking photos of them. Hmm, you might be curious why I hate sea? Yes, I hate it because I have bad memories of seas. We were drowned with my sister and brother when we were in our elementary years. But today, when I see a photo of beaches... it doesn't frightened me but when I see a real sea.. it reminds me of what happened to me.

PR 1 gone in the wind

Okay, okay... Google gave me pr 1 but it did not last long. Google's last update was on Dec. 31, right? But I think google has just did his PR update again and I lost my PR 1. I don't know what happened but maybe my PR 1 was just a mistake? Lol. I hope I can gain PR again in his next update.

Rice Pilaf with Cilantro

Fresh cilantro adds a bright flavor to this rich and nutty rice dish.

Take 30 minutes

Ingredients:

1 1/2 cups brown rice
About 4 cups water (you may use boiled water from asparagus)
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup shiitake mushrooms, sliced
1/4 cup onions, sliced
1/2 cup cilantro, roughly chopped

Procedure:

1. Pit rice in a small stockpot and add enough water to cover rice, about 1 1/2 inches over it. Boil. Lower heat, and simmer until rice is cooked, about 15 to 20 minutes.

2. In a separate pan, gently saute onions in vegetable oil until translucent. Add mushrooms and cook for 3 minutes. Season with cooked rice into pan; stir in cilantro and continue mixing until well blended. Remove from fire and serve hot.

Final Fantasy VII: The Advent Children

My brother found our DVD: Final Fantasy VII: The Advent Children. We both really love this movie. As far as I remember, we always watch this every week... not until the DVD was missing. Now, he found it... we could not resist but to watch it again. ^_^

The best part of the movie for me was the scene where Tifa and that silly guy fought in the big church. With all the slow motion and with the background music! Oh! Totally awesome! They were brilliant fighters! Lol. I really love Final Fantasy The Advent Children especially the graphics and animation.
